What is there to say about New York City’s Madison Square Garden? It’s widely considered the biggest venue in the United States, as well as North America, if not all the world. Not the biggest in terms of size, hosting an even 20,000 for concert, but the one venue up and coming bands strive to play, knowing they've “made it” if they can headline The Garden.
This classic multi-purpose arena opened its doors in 1968 and has been the home of the New York Knicks and the New York Rangers ever since. Even with the introduction of the rival Barclays Center across town in Brooklyn, NY’s MSG is still on the tour agenda for music’s biggest live acts.
Its smaller Theater hosts concerts of smaller size with a more intimate, personal vibe.
