Philips Arena

Providing home court for both local basketball teams, The Atlanta Hawks of the NBA and the Atlanta Dream of the WNBA, and home ice for the Thrashers before they moved North of the border to become the new Winnipeg Jets, the Phillips Arena has been the prime spot for sports entertainment since 1999.
Taking over for the Omni in 1999, the Phillips Arena can squeeze in over 21,000 for concerts and live music events, once floor seating and standing room are accounted for.
