Dierks Bentley is a renowned contemporary Country music singer and songwriter. Dierks Bentley was born in 1975 in Tempe, Arizona. He is a Columbia Recordings artist and signed to their label in 2003 as well as releasing his debut eponymous recording in that same year. His first self-titled and second album, Modern Day Drifter went Platinum on the Country music charts. In addition, his third full length studio recording, Long Trip Home which was released in 2006 went Gold on the Country music charts. In 2008 Columbia Records released a Greatest Hits album and to follow this up in 2009 a full length studio album, Feel That Fire was released. In 2010, Dierks Bentley released Up On The Ridge and the following year put out an album called Home. 18 songs from those 7 albums became charted singles. In addition, Dierks Bentley has been nominated many times over for Grammy Awards and as won a few Country Music Awards. His musical career is not just a studio one, he has relentlessly toured the United States and the rest of the world. Moreover, he has toured with such popular acts as, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church and Eli Young Band. Furthermore, Dierks Bentley's brand of Country music combines elements of electric and acoustic guitar, soulful vocals and Western song structures.
