Smith Westerns are a popular indie rock band from Chicago, Illinois. The Smith Westerns were formed by core group members Cullen Omori, Max Kakacek, Cameron Omori and Julien Ehrlich in 2007. The band was immediately signed to HoZac Records and has since joined prestigious labels Fat Possum and Mom and Pop. Since their initial inception in 2007, the Smith Westerns have gone on to become one of the most critically acclaimed rock bands in their genre.
