Austin Richard Post, born in 1995 and better known as Post Malone, is an American producer, songwriter, and rapper. His career as an MC begins with his debut single "White Iverson". His artistic style has always been strongly defined by NBA basketball players, and his stage name is probably also a reference to former NBA player Karl Malone, although the artist himself defended the fact that he chose him through a automatic name generator on the internet. His single "White Iverson", in reference to former basketball player Allen Iverson, quickly becomes a hit, and the video for the song would have also garnered more than 480 million views on social media. He released other singles such as "Too Young", "What's up", "Patient" and "Tears" with the same reception. His first album came in 2016 and was titled "Stoney", where singles like "I Fall Apart" or "Congratulations" are collected. In September 2017, he would release the song "Rockstar", which managed to get no more and no less than the first place on the Hot 100 list in the United States. In 2018 he released his second album "Beerbongs and Bentleys", which would also have reached number one on many of the world's top music charts. At such a young age, Post Malone has already accumulated countless nominations and awards and has undoubtedly achieved a very important position on the current hip-hop scene.
