Kate Nash is an indie pop and rock singer from Harrow, London, England. She broke on the scene in 2006 and released her debut studio album in 2007 called Made With Bricks. Her single "Foundations" from her debut album offering went to number 2 on the UK Pop Music Charts. In addition her first album reached Platinum status in the UK. This was a major breakthrough for Kate Nash. Her follow up sophomore album, My Best Friend Is You was released in 2010. In order to support the album, Kate Nash hit the road and toured North America. The album charted in many countries around the world such as the United States, Germany and England.

In 2013, Kate Nash released her 3rd full-length studio album entitled Girl Talk. However, Girl Talk received mixed reviews from major music magazines around the world. Some have stated that the musical direction has moved away from Indie and Pop and into the realms of Garage and Rock. Despite the luke warm reception of her 3rd album release, Kate Nash hit the road in the UK to support the record. Recently, Kate Nash has been working on new material for her 4th studio album.
