Sean Michael Leonard Anderson (1988) also known as Big Sean is an American rapper who grew up in Detroit, Michigan. Sean was signed to Kanye West's label GOOD music label after Kanye recognised Sean had untapped potential during a meeting at a Detroit radio station. Sean's debut album “Finally Famous” was released in 2011 and was composed of features with Hip Hop royalty such as Kanye West and Pharrell Williams. The project was a great success which was portrayed through its peak at number three on the US Billboard 200. The album included the well-know “I Don't Fuck with You” single which was well received across the Hip Hop world. Sean released another joint project with singer Jhené Aiko titled “TWENTY88” in 2016. The project was a roaring success and made a profound mark on the US musical charts as well as worldwide. The following year, Sean released his fourth sole album after the release of three mixtapes and “Finally Famous”. The album achieved the top spot on the US Billboard 200 meaning he achieved a brace in reaching the top spot with his newly released album. Sean has continued to collaborate with accomplished Pop and Hip-Hop artists such as Calvin Harris, Katy Perry and 21 Savage, achieving mainstream Pop and Hip-Hop recognition. In addition, Sean has since released a joint album with Metro Boomin labelled “Double or Nothing”.
