Information of The Sheepdogs

The Sheepdogs are a popular Canadian rock group formed in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The band's core lineup consists of Ewan Currie, Leot Hanson, Ryan Gullen and Sam Corbett. The Sheepdogs formed in 2006 and were quickly signed to prestigious major record label Warner Brothers Music. The band has become well-known from their major performances on the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Bonnaroo Music Festival and The Osheaga music festival. Additionally, the band has released four full-length studio albums. In 2012, The Sheepdogs released their eponymous record, which sky rocketed to the number one spot on the Canadian Music Charts. Moreover, The Sheepdogs released their hit single "Feeling Good" in 2012, which went to the number one spot on the Canadian Alternative Rock Music Charts. In addition to receiving an ample amount of critical acclaim, The Sheepdogs racked up seven prestigious music awards in 2011 and 2012. The Sheepdogs also teamed with The Black Keys' drummer, Patrick Carney for production duties on the band's fourth album, which was released on Atlantic Records. Later that year, The Sheepdogs went on tour with Credence Clearwater Revival's front man, John Fogerty.
