My Chemical Romance is an american hard rock band founded in 2001 by Gerard, Mikey, Toro, and Matt Pelissier in New Jersey (USA). In 2002 the band released their first album titled ''I brought you my bullets, you brought me your love'', which was released under Eyeball Records. The band signed with the record company Reprise in 2002, and then went on tour with ''Avenged Sevenfold''. Shortly after their concert tour with Avenged Sevenfold, the band released their second album called ''Three cheers for sweet revenge''. My Chemical Romance has performed at the Reading and Leeds Festival in England. The band has also performed at other venues such as Radio 1's Big Weekend in Carlisle. My Chemical Romance released a music video for their single ''I'm not OK (I promise)'', which was their first single off of their second studio album. This was one of their most popular singles of all times. My Chemical Romance has won numerous awards, such as four Kerrang Awards, a TRL Award and three NME Awards.
