Matoma's Community, tickets, shows, tour 2023-2024

Tom Stræte Lagergren (1991), better known as Matoma is a Norwegian producer and DJ who rose to fame through his remixes. Matoma came from musical beginnings, learning classical piano in his youth but was enticed by Electronic Dance Music through listening to his brother’s music collection. Matoma started to gain recognition in 2014 with his remixes and in 2015 made an impression on European charts with his remix of the classic Notorious B.I. G’s “Old Thing Back”. In 2016, Matoma released his debut LP, “Hakuna Matoma” which included tracks such as “Feeling Right (Everything is Nice)” which featured artists, Wale and Popcaan. 2017 brought about the release of the “Party on the West Coast” remix which featured Faith Evans, Notorious B.I.G. and Snoop Dogg. The track was a roaring success in his native Norway, topping the singles chart and further strengthening of his portfolio. In 2018, Matoma released his project “One in a Million”.
