Information of Eli Young Band
Texas country rockers the Eli Young Band have been creating a stir on the country music scene since the 2002 release of their self titled debut album. Eli Young Band Went on to record 3 more albums, 2005's Level, 2008's Jet Black and Jealous and 2011's Life at Best. Since their beginning in 2002, Eli Young Band has released the singles, "When It Rains", "Always the Love Songs" and "Guinevere", but it wasn't until the 2011 release of the smash country hit "Crazy Girl" that Eli Young Band finally experienced the thrill of earning their first number hit on the US Country charts.
Eli Young Band is comprised of members Mike Ely on guitars and vocals, Jon Jones on bass guitar, drummer Chris Thompson and guitarist James Young. It is through the concert experience that Eli Young Band believes they will get the exposure they need to find real success in the county music industry and because of this, they constantly tour. Eli Young Band has been the opening act for country stars like Miranda Lambert and Pat Green and they even landed a gig on the hugely successful annual music extravaganza in Austin, TX known as the Austin City Limits Music Festival back in 2007.
