David Grisman comes from New Jersey, United States and was born in 1945. The band members are The David Grisman Quintet, The David Grisman Bluegrass Experience, Great American String Band, Bluegrass Mandolin Ensemble, Old & In the Way and Here Today. His musical style is mainly considered bluegrass, progressive bluegrass, traditional folk, jam band and gypsy jazz.
