Since the 2011 release of his The Year of Hibernation album, Trevor Powers, otherwise known by his stage name of Youth Lagoon, has become an indie rock sensation whose emotion driven music has been creating quite a stir amongst music critics and fans alike. Youth Lagoon's music combines heartfelt lyrics set to a backdrop of dreamy instrumental sounds and at only 22 years old, Youth Lagoon is certain to become a big star in the indie music world. In the fall of 2011, Youth Lagoon made his first stage debut with a series of U.S. concerts and this year, he will be hitting the stage once more with a tour that begins on March 27 at the Bowery Ballroom in New York.
