Canadian born indie pop musician Grimes has been creating music since the 2010 release of her debut album Geidi Primes. Since that time, Grimes, born as Claire Boucher, has released 2 more albums, 2011's Halfaxa and the recent February 2012 release Visions, and she was the opening act for indie rock sensation Lykke Li on her 2011 tour. Grimes' latest release, Visions, has won her the prestige of being named one of the best new artists by Pitchfork Media and she is currently on a U.S. tour in promotion of this album.
