Information of Garbage

Lead by the powerful vocals of redheaded frontwoman Shirley Manson, Garbage is an alternative rock band that has been creating music since the 1995 release of their self titled debut album. Along with Manson, Garbage is comprised of musicians Bruce Vig, Duke Erikson and Steve Marker and together these four musicians are known for creating the chart topping hits "Stupid Girl", "Special" and "Only Happy When It Rains". Since the release of their debut album, Garbage has released four other albums including 2001's Beautiful Garbage and 2005's Bleed Like Me, and they are considered to be one of the most successful alternative rock bands of all time. Throughout their career Garbage has gone on a few hiatuses so band members could embark on their own solo endeavors, but in 2012 they once again reunited as a band to release the album Not Your Kind Of People.
