Info

Buddy Guy is a legendary singer and guitarist of blues music who is credited with being one of the founders of the Chicago style of blues music. This six time Grammy Award winning Rock and Roll Hall of Fame musician is credited with being the major influence of both Jimi Hendrix and Eric Clapton, and his music creates a timeless sound that has given him new fans with each generation that passes. Buddy Guy has released over 50 albums and has played in concert thousands of times, most notably as a fellow performing act alongside The Rolling Stones on a variety of their tours in the 1970's, and as a reoccurring act during many years of The Chicago Blues Festival. Along with performing and recording legendary music that is loved by many, Buddy Guy is also known for his Chicago blues club, Buddy Guy Legends.
Here is a music video for one of Buddy Guy's more well known song, a song he even got president Barack Obama to sing, "Sweet Home Chicago".
