His songwriting was encouraged by his family, who pushed him to move to Nashville to pursue his dream. The start of his career was delayed when his brother died in a car accident the day he first set out to leave for Music City. Luke has devoted fans who have given him three #1 hits on the country singles charts – “Rain is a Good Thing,” “Do I,” and “Someone Else Calling You Baby.” Luke's concert venues range from: opening act for Tim McGraw’s Emotional Traffic tour, featured act in the Farm Tour in 2011 and numerous appearances in the annual CMA music festival.
